CAREY REAL ESTATE, registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia, was established in 1983, and is based in the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur. Further to this, we also have branch offices in Ampang-Selangor, Kota Kinabalu-Sabah, and Georgetown-Penang.

Our range of services, consist of properties for rent and sale, that include residential bungalows, condominiums and penthouses, office and commercial space, shop-offices, factories, industrial and development land, in and around Kuala Lumpur and other prime locations in the country. In addition, we also undertake all categories of Projects Sales, on behalf of Developers.

Of particular importance, is the service we provide for intended investors and expatriates seeking to move to Malaysia. The quality of services we provide, include advise on local administrative procedures, conveyancing laws and financing, to make your purchase or lease as comfortable as possible. PROJECT SALES UNDERTAKEN BY CAREY REAL ESTATE

We undertake all categories of project sales by working with the developer as a team in providing the overall sales and marketing strategy. By virtue of being Real Estate Agents, we intermingle with, and have a larger association and feedback of requirements by the end-user. This allows us, when called upon by developers, to advise them with the planning of the layout, floor plans and the selling price, in accordance with the specific locations of the development.
