We have in 2005, opened a branch in Miri, Sarawak, to cater for the expanding market in East Malaysia.

We undertake all categories of project sales by working with the developer as a team in providing the overall sales and marketing strategy. By virtue of being Estate Agents, we intermingle with, and have a larger association and feedback of requirements by the end-user. This allows us, when called upon by developers, to advise them with the planning of the layout, floor plans and the selling price, in accordance with the specific locations of the development.
